I am asking if I can transfer client or office to another office.

Hello Nader,

Of course, our system has many features this is one of these. You can do that by right click on client or office you want to transfer then from context menu choose transfer and from it choose transfer office/client. A small purple arrow then appears next to the office/Client name to indicate that it is going to be transferred. Go to the office where you want to transfer the office/client to, right-click on it, choose Transfer and from it choose: Transfer to here.

I know how to make backups and to transfer each client account separately, but I am just wondering if it is possible to transfer all customer accounts in WHM at once. You see, if for example I have more than 200 customers hosting accounts and wish to switch to another hosting company it will be difficult for me to transfer each account separately, that’s why I am asking this question. Has anyone had reseller account transfer experience? Thanks in advance

Hi

I don't know if I got your question, but if you have all of the 200 account in 1 group or office you can simply right click on this group/office and click transfer then click to the other required node and right click --> trasnfer here, this way all the group and their contents will be trasnfered to the new node and no need to move the accounts one by one..

If you have any other comments please feel free to add them..

I didn't get your point when you mentioned hosting and resellers.. give more explanation pls
