Disconnect Client

If I want to disconnect certain client can I do that?

Hi Ibraheem,

Sure you can, Go to the Client you wish to Disconnect, right click on it, from the context menu choose Disconnect, then from it choose Disconnect Client.
In addition our system has Disconnect All feature which allow you to disconnect all clients inside the corresponding office.

We have another way to disconnect any client, go to the Online Sessions Screen, and select any session you desire (whether it was a Dealer or a Client), right click on it and choose Disconnect Session.
