Dear Valued Customers,
We have noticed a disconnection occurred in the way outside our datacenter between 12:55PM ? 12:59PM (US time). This most probably may be caused by a router failure at one of the ISPs in the way. Nothing abnormal at our system or our datacenter side.
Bulk connects (Bulk users of 70-100) usually takes 3-5 minutes to finally login the system, a 3-5 min waiting at some systems may be faced during this disconnection period.
