notes on the chart:
there are many notes on your chart:
1. its not flexible: means its hard to catch or move any drawing after putting it.
2. if i'm drawing a new trend and a new price came i wouldn't be able to remove or edit the drawing.
3. there are a lot of gaps.
4. there is a small history, especially for days, weeks and months. and your history data is very bad.
5. some times i got a 2 arrows mouse icon to scroll the chart but not all the time,, it should be easy to scroll the chart left or right.

would you fix these errors?

Could you please give us what version of VertexFX you are using? you can get it by going to Help --> About in the system, and give us the version of the system..

Since most of these notes was solved in the latest version of our system (9.5.x), but we will take your notes in highly consideration if it was in the latest version.

Our reply for your notes is as the following:

1. its not flexible: means its hard to catch or move any drawing after putting it. >>> Give us the version that you are using to check it.
2. if i'm drawing a new trend and a new price came i wouldn't be able to remove or edit the drawing. >>> Give us the version that you are using to check it.
3. there are a lot of gaps. >>> Note that our System (if you are using OUR DEMO SYSTEM) is just a DEMO SYSTEM ONLY, so the prices that came is for testing purposes, so you may see gaps, wrong quotes, stopping prices ... etc, since it is just for testing... But if you are using a real system (Company that uses VertexFX), so you must contact them, since our system take the prices from a third-party feed, and they should make more filtration for the prices to avoid wrong quotes and make sure there is no gaps

would you fix these errors? >>> Everything can be fixed if there is anything noted in the chart, just reply to us regarding the requirements that we asked, and we will check it for you.

I think that I'm using the latest version of the terminal (just downloaded from your website - link in the registration email).
let me give you an advice:
even for demo systems the data and technical studies should be correct and working 100% properly with no mistakes - this is one of the marketing issues. If you download any client terminal (DEMO I mean) from the net you may get correct data - see the VT trader or MQ4 ... etc
I used to use demo systems to make my TA's, and I dont need to have a Real account to use your chart. also I think that in MQ4 there is a shared data center of all companies,, (Dont know about your system) but it seems a good idea.
anyways,,,thank you for you patient. hopefully you'll go better with your chart in the coming future.

In fact we do not share charts as each company has its own data source and can not be shared with others. Data feed is one of the company private resources.

As for our VertexFX DEMO system at our website, I'm eager to know what are the not-working studies and I'll push for reporting this issue to our development administration. Your straight-to-the point note will be taken care of for sure and we take seriously clients and visitors notes into considerations.
