VertexFX consists of a unique and fast SMS-To-Mobile notification module, where each client receives SMS alerts, account statements and symbol prices. SMS can be sent from each office or IB to their clients. • Multi Level Management

VertexFX is built on a principle of flexible parameters like Spread assignment for clients, accounts and IBs in a multi level behavior. The spread assignment feature in the MLM enables a market maker to motivate his clients and IBs by giving them different parameters for each symbol. Application Modules

VertexFX consists of two main application modules:

• BackOffice Module

The main management system that all clients and offices are connected to for asking or bidding quotes, where it is installed in the market maker or in the Bank dealing room, and through it continuous request from the clients who are connected to this back-office dealing room will be received.

• Client Module

Which is the light module installed in the client home or in the agent's office and with which a client can start trading with the market maker.

VertexFX is hosted at the market maker’s own server or at ours which are in a reliable data centers in the USA or the UK. It consists of the following main application servers:

• Database Server

The main server, which is an Oracle Database, and that handles all dealing data.

• Currency Server

This feeds the database server with online rates. The feeding for these rates comes from the market maker’s own data feed whether DDE or API based and refreshed by less than a second to guarantee real-time prices.

• SMS Server

Which handles all SMS messages that are sent from back-offices or IB’s to notify customers with the current rates or their current statement summary.

• Online Mirroring Server

From which all your valuable data will be redundant into another server with a real time mirroring to guaranty a high level of disaster recovery.
