Hybrid Solutions provides two hosting mechanisms for VertexFX’s Customers:

 Internal Hosting Mechanism

VertexFX Trader System is hosted at our Datacenter side with the following criteria:

• VertexFX Datacenter is located in USA and became number (1) in the world since year 2006
  • Data centers do not allow single points of failure. It is redundant to the point of being redundant, with multiple spares of every part on hand to make sure
• Network is designed to keep the clean data flying, and the illegitimate stuff feeling completely left out of the loop
• Equipment is absolutely the best there is
• Instantaneous service, eliminating downtime, data security, virus protection, Smooth traffic flow, expandability, responsive tech support, remote capabilities, rather than prioritize, we simply do not let anything slip through the cracks

System hosting is based in dedicated server for any plan. For higher performance system can be split between several servers mainly for enterprise customers.

All servers are monitored by our tech support team 24/6.

Currency feed and other application servers are monitored through our tech support agreement, so that we can tell when there is any system failure and take action immediately.

With that level of monitoring, there is no much low level tech support required from VertexFX customers at their side to their trading platform since it is already monitored and supported.

We have achieved more than 99.97% availability for the trading platform in the past 5 years for our consorters.

 External Hosting Mechanism

• VertexFX is hosted at the customer's own dedicated servers. It is preferred to have 2 servers but can be implemented on 1 server
• The server’s required specs are:
  1- Dell, Intel Quad Processor 2.4Mhz
  2- 4GRAM
  3- 250 HD SCSII drives.
  4- Reliable Internet and high speed (5 MBPS) minimum
  5- Monthly download 20-30GB minimum.
  6- Windows 2003 Standard Server
  7- SQL Database, highly prefered to be Oracle SE1 or more.
• All support and server monitoring should be done by VertexFX customer
• 24/6 system tech support is available optionally for VertexFX the customer
