VertexFX Margin Call is one of the most effective plugin for VertexFX Backoffice. According to the market needs, Optimized Sense developed this plugin over VertexFX Backoffice API to benefit the Backoffices in monitoring their clients' accounts. In this plugin, you will be able to:

• Login to a dealer with privilege on any sub-tree to monitor this tree.
• You will see all your clients' accounts summary on a table.
• Set the Low Level and Critical Level of the Margin Level, so each account reach these levels, the account will be moved to the Margin Call table, and it will be highlighted with the Level color, and an alert sound will be played to alert you.
• By double clicking on the account on the Margin Call table, you will call this account information (Name, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Email, Country, ... etc), so you can contact him to alert him.
• Since version 1.1.0, the system will send automatic alert email to the client when his/her account reach the critical level, and this email will contain the client's account summary information (the email is taken from the client information in VertexFX Platform), and you can Enable/Disable this feature from the System Options.
• Since version 1.1.0, the system will send automatic alert SMS to the client when his/her account reach the critical level, and this SMS will contain the client's account summary information (the mobile number is taken from the client information in VertexFX Platform), and you can Enable/Disable this feature from the System Options.
• You will get confirmation on sending the Email/SMS from the Margin Call list in the Email Status/SMS Status columns respectively.
