Solutions provides two hosting mechanisms for VertexFX Customers:
Internal Hosting
Mechanism:
VertexFX
Trader System is hosted at our Datacenter side with the following
criteria:

Datacenter is located n USA and it became number (1) in the world
by year 2006.
Data
centers don’t allow single points of failure. It's redundant to the
point of being redundant, with multiple spares of every part on hand
to make sure.
Network is designed to keep the clean data flying, and the
illegitimate stuff feeling completely left out of the loop.
Equipment is absolutely the best there is.
Instantaneous service, eliminating downtime, data security, virus
protection, Smooth traffic flow,
Expandability, responsive tech support, remote capabilities, rather
than prioritize, we simply don’t let anything slip through the
cracks.
System hosting
is based in dedicated server for any plan. For higher performance
system can be split between several servers mainly for enterprise
customers.
All servers
are monitored by our tech support team 24/7 through datacenter tech
support team.
All Application
servers are monitored as part of our tech support agreement with our
clients 24/6. Any outage for any of the server or VertexFX Components is
monitored and action is taken instantly accordingly.
So, there is
no tech support required for VertexFX customers at there side to
their trading platform servers. It's already monitored and supported.
We have
achieved more than 99.98% availability for the trading platform in
the past 5 years for our consorters.

External Hosting
Mechanism
VertexFX is
hosted at the customer's own dedicated servers. It's preferred to
have 2 servers but can be implemented on 1 server.
The server
required specs are DELL, 3.2 GHz, 80 GB Hard disk, 4GRAM. Read
more about System specs.
All support
and server monitoring should be done by VertexFX customer.
24/6 tech
support is available optionally for VertexFX customer if he desires.
