VertexFX is delivered in (3) plans, depending on the business scale. Small companies have the chance to start in the first plan and easily upgrade to the higher level. Those plans are shown in the table below .

In addition to this, VertexFX can be implemented as a subsystem which is available to you, either from one of our Vertex partners (VePanet), or as a white label .

Definitions:

  • Concurrent users: Number of users who are concurrently logging on the system at a time, whether they are traders, offices or Dealers. Each trader, office or dealer is counted as ONE user.

  • Dedicated Server: Means, this system is installed separately on a separate and standalone server(s). No dependency on any other servers or modules. Dedication means in the feed, charts, WAP, WEB, database and monitoring application servers.

  • Upgradeable: 100% Means paying the difference between the 2 plans only.

System Requirements:

In order to run VertexFX Trader, there are some system requirements:

1- Windows 2003 Standard Edition server with Intel Dual XEON 2.4Ghz, 4GRAM, 250GBHD

2- Database as SQL Server or Oracle Standard Edition 1 (Oracle is recommended)

3- Microsoft Office 2003 (mainly Excel) in order to enable Price Filtering option.

System Deliverables:

Upon purchasing VertexFX Trader in one of the its plans, you'll receive following Items:

1- Backoffice System: Which is the manager and dealing system, customizable in a very flexible manner according to a wide band of system privileges so that you can create your dealers according to their levels as you business requires. Managers, Moderators, dealers, chief dealers or customizable authority.

2- Client System: Which is distributed from your side to your Clients, Brokers or IB's upon your configuration for them at the backoffice side. you can create Offices, sub-offices in a multi-level behavior and add the clients under the required level, then you can define a username and password to the required Tree node so that he can login and see his tree node and whatever under.

3- E-Broker Terminal, for multi account trading. More

4- System API Kit, including Client API, Backoffice API, Currency Server API.

5- WEB Based Market Watch.

6- Server Applications: This is the server side system, which handles your transactions in the backend. It contains also a data feed for the system, you can use it or consider it as backup feed only for your primary feed (point 4). Server applications includes:

a. Gateway Server Application.
b. Currency Server (DDE based) connected to the client DDE feed provider.
c. History Server, that handles Charting history data.
