Can I change the candles colors in the charts according to the prices movement?

You can change any color in the chart from chart options.
Either by right click on the chart and choose chart options, or from System Options then charting tab, you can control your chart colors.
For example, you can change the candles colors according to prices movement by choosing the desired up tick color and down tick color.
