Dear Valued Customers,

If you witness any connection issue recently in your system server using your ISP provider (EX: Mainly du UAE), we highly advise you with the recommended below procedures:

1- Contact your ISP customer care center directly (Ex: du UAE +971 5 55678155), supply your account manager or the customer care operator with your subscription number, your server IP address, and request them to check your connection to your IP address to trace any disconnection issues in your internet services to your server and solve it immediately.

2- For further assistance with your internet service provider, you may invite our technical support operator with you in a conference call with your ISP to offer our assistance in tracing your issue with them and solve it immediately.

We urge you to contact your ISP and register your system IP address to prevent any future blocking.
